- I'm a citizen of the United States following a disgusting story of what I believe to be legal malpractice of prominent Boston criminal defense Attorney Jeffrey Denner, against his client Derrick Gillenwater. Judge Diane Moriary ruled the Denner provided him ineffective assistance of counsel, so now Denner has judges denying Derrick fundamental First Amendment Rights in his lawsuit.
