Once again it is time to mobilize.

There has been new evidence uncovered that may be able to bring Lilly home to her family and friends and give answers to them.

Once again, MDPD has been dragging their feet. They have been informed that the area you will see in the above pictures may be where the remains of Lilly Aramburo lie and they have not made any arrangements to conduct a search of the land.

Let's all unite our efforts to bring Lilly home.

Please take the time to email MDPD, news media, post on your blogs, message boards and forums.

This area may have promise to bring the resolution we have all been working so hard to find.

LOL, Marilee, I am pretty much a newbie at the ning thing too, but am slowly figuring it out. Just takes a little time and patience as each site is a little different. My best advice is just get your feet wet, make mistakes and laugh at yourself as the rest of us have done. We are still adding content every day as new things come along. Would love to see you there!

Marilee, I would like to have you join us at a new group designed as a workspace for those trying to help missing adults. There are several areas I think you would be interested in, whether to add your assistance, or a least read and take something with you to help in your own efforts.

The premise is similar to this one. We have had good response so far for only opening the doors less than a week ago!

I have also started a personal blog called Mothers are Vanishing to bring attention to those missing women who have left behind children. I hope you can check it out and offer your opinion, it is greatly revered!

Oh my gosh! I just realized who you are! I just read your book, it is excellent and really brings a good insight into the minds and psychology of these men. I highly recommend to everyone.

PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION:

On June 1, 2007, almost one year ago, Lucely “Lilly” Aramburo allegedly walked out of her fiance’s home with nothing on her feet, in her pajamas, with 2 bungee cords. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Lilly’s story is one that is not unique. There are families all over the Miami area who are searching for their loved ones and are seeking answers. We hope that all families of missing persons will join us in an effort to bring resolution to finding our loved family members and friends.

In honor of missing Miami mother, Lilly Aramburo, Justice in Miami will be hosting a free Safety Awareness Community gathering & Candlelight Vigil to increase public awareness of missing person cases.

Bring the whole family for a worthy cause, candlelight vigil, butterfly release, free safety I.D. kits and balloons for the little ones plus much more.

The Power 96 Street Team will be there, spinning live music & giving away prizes.

Sunday, June 1st at 6PM, Peacock Park, 2820 McFarlane Rd- Coconut Grove in Miami

For more details visit the Justice in Miami website at justiceinmiami.blogspot.com

Men who kill their wives (or partners) who don't have any criminal record, who look normal, and who don't leave any evidence behind. Men who can lie so well they do it better than when they tell the truth. Men who often are living a secret life on the side. Who have planned and plotted and researched on the internet their own particular warped idea of the perfect murder. And sometimes they actually do get away with it. What they share is what psychologists call the Dark Triad of traits. Men like Scott Peterson, Thomas Capano, Richard Crafts, Mark Hacking, Michael Peterson (the writer/wife killer), Charles Stuart (Boston), Michael White (Canada), Robert Girts (the friendly undertaker from Ohio), Ira Einhorn (helped start Earth Day) and many others.

Profile Information

About Me:
I am the author of a new (hardcover) book, the result of 5 years of investigation and the compilation of over 100 case files, the first-ever attempt to profile and understand this "new" type of crime that shows up as reported "missing woman" case (for women not in high risk lifestyle profiles) and also mysterious deaths of women often reported as accidents, suicides, or attacks by 3rd parties. The book, Erased: Missing Women, Murdered Wives proposes a completely original "solution" to profiling and learning from these cases--my thesis has been commended by top former FBI profilers turned investigators, including Roy Hazelwood and Clint van Zandt. The book includes about 40 cases both historical and current and I'm blogging now about new cases and also important new clues that help us understand these "headline" crimes as an actual group--the way that serial killers are understood as a defined type. I've been an award-winning journalist and author in newspapers, magazines and books, and I was awarded the Pulitzer Traveling Fellowship from Columbia University School of Journalism.
