The Case of the Lotter Siblings
The Malefactor’s Register does not typically report on ongoing criminal cases, particularly those that have not gone to trial; our interest is normally crimes that are over and done with.
However, in trolling for story material, we stumbled on this case which shows that not all interesting crimes happen in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Lotter murder case from Durban, South Africa, has parricide, Satanism, money, family feuds, and probably a bit of sex. The case is still percolating, but it promises to be a trial to rival that of the Menendez brothers.
